Ingredients
- Bearberry dry extract (Archtostaphylos uva-ursi) standardized in arbutin (min. 20%) 450 mg
- Methylene blue 30 mg
Indications
Recommended in lower urinary tract infections. It is administered from the onset of the first signs of urinary discomfort (pain, frequent urination, irritation). Uractiv® Forte may be associated with antibiotic treatments.
Posology and method of administration
- Children over 12 years: 1 capsule a day
- Adults: 1 capsule twice a day
Uractiv® Forte is administered until the signs of urinary discomfort disappear, but for no more than 14 days.
It is recommended to take it after meals. During the administration, it is necessary to ensure a sufficient fluid intake. During the administration of the capsules, the urine may be coloured green or blue due to the methylene blue and the arbutin metabolites.
